1 Butternut Squash
2 inch slice of an Onion
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 of an Avocado
1/2 tsp Cilantro leaves
1 cup of Milk or & 1/2 cup more if Butternut Squash is large
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Cheese of choice
Preheat oven to 400F.
Cut the ends off the Squash and cut it in half lengthwise.
Scoop out the seeds with a spoon, season with Salt, Pepper, Cumin, & drizzle Olive Oil.
Place Squash, Garlic, and Onion a baking sheet or cast iron pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
Once Squash has been baking for about 20 minutes, add slices of one Apple into the pan.
Slice Apple, put in the oven for 15 minutes
Remove pan from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Scoop the Squash meat and place into a blender with Garlic, Onion, Milk, and a pinch more Salt & Pepper.
Blend until smooth.
Garnish with Cilantro, Avocado, & Cheese.
