Stir Fry Sauce ingredients...1 tsp Sesame Oil1 tbsp Soy Sauce1/2 Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp Fish Sauce (optional)1/2 tbsp Red Wine or Rice Wine Vinegar1/2 tbsp Honey or Brown Sugar1 tbsp Peanut Butter or Flour1-2 cloves Garlic (grated)1/2 tsp Ginger (grated or Powder)Pinch of Salt1/2 tsp Red Chili FlakesMix all the ingredients in a bowl1/2 tsp Sesame Seed
Whisk all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Stir Fry Vegetables...1 Chicken breast 1/2 cup Onion2-3 Silver Dollar Mushrooms1 cup Broccoli Florets1 cup Pineapple1/2 of a Zucchini 1/2 tbsp Oil of choice2-3 springs Cilantro leaves
Cut all the ingredients into bite sized pieces.
Heat a sauté pan with oil and cook Onion for a minute.
Add Mushrooms, Broccoli, and Zucchini and cook for another minute and a half. Create a well in the middle of the pan and toss in Chicken pieces to cook for another minute.
Add Pineapple pieces and 4-5 tbsp of the Stir Fry Sauce and cook with lid closed until sauce thickens about another minute.
Serve Stir Fry with your favorite grain and garnish with chopped Cilantro leaves.
